issue 12 - delayed, as usual

Actually #12 is complete. Was completed last month, in fact. I printed it out straight away, and all that was left to do was the copying, when I suddenly hated everything in it and wanted to re-do the whole zine. Again. This happened 3 times when I was working on the last issue, and this is the 2nd time it's happened with this one. So, it's being delayed again. Not sure until when. Until I have free time that is not being swallowed by BOOMARK or Kino-News or college assignments, I suppose.

New SFA Blog

I will no longer be updating on the LJ zine blog, as I'm rarely on LJ now. I'm not entirely sure that the zine warrants a blog, even, since lately I seem to come up with a zine a year, instead of every month like I used to. But since I don't do distros or sell my zine at Wondermilk anymore (is Wondermilk still around, anyway? I never go there anymore since it's too far away) I might as well have this blog to announce new issues, so that people who do want the zine know how to get them.

Since Super Fairy Animal is not my only zine (I do one-shots now and then) and I might write about zines other than mine, this blog will be for zines in general.

Issue #12 is more than halfway done, so who knows? If I finish it by next month that will be TWO issues this year. Wow! Haha...

this issue came out after a year long hiatus, so i guess that's accomplishment enough :p i thought i was never going to zine again, after not being motivated to do so for so long. even though i finished this zine in late 2005, all the writing in it are from 2004.
